Can Wukong contribute to the semi-industry?

The global release of the new Chinese computer game Black Myth: Wukong (黑神话：悟空 ) hit the gaming world with the force of a mega Tsunami.  We understand that the game’s audio and graphics are a quantum leap above existing games.  But to enjoy the game to its fullest, gamers must upgrade their computer hardware.  For example, the game requires a minimum of 32GB memory and advanced GPU’s.  And as the game gains popularity and sophistication, future upgrading of hardware may become the norm. 

This surge in demand could generate incremental revenue for semiconductor companies.  In the long run, higher video game demand is generally bullish on all chip makers, including memory chips.
