Andy Li, PhD, CFA and FRM, Principal Machine Learning Scientist at Robert Half
Andy Li, PhD, CFA, and FRM, recently led the enterprise Generative AI efforts at Robert Half International, where his team developed the AI Recommended Client (ARC) system, contributing to Robert Half winning the 2024 CIO 100 Award for advancements in artificial intelligence. With over 15 years of global managerial experience in machine learning and a robust track record of driving AI innovation, Andy has delivered multimillion-dollar impacts through AI-driven solutions in personalized advertising and fraud detection during his tenure at Amazon, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley. He also studied in the Program for Leadership, the fast-track EMBA program at Harvard Business School, and is an HBS alumnus.
