David Liu

David Liu currently works for Bank of communication, New York Branch as Chief Risk Management Officer. He was a private banker at JP Morgan Chase, and worked in risk and valuation field at Deutsche Bank Security Inc..  Prior to DB, David had spent years in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China at various positions, including one year as a floor trader in Shanghai Stock Exchange.

David has an MSBA in Finance from Texas Tech University, and a BS in Finance from Southwest University of Economics and Finance.

David joined AFS in 2000.  He has been an AFS board member for over a decade.  He was elected AFS President in 2008.
